HD had 2 in stock online, i ordered 1 they cancelled it but it looks like they charged my CC now i wait for 3-5 days for refund. What a shithole operation

Nah, your credit card doesn't get charged until you pick up the item. Your card will never be charged, so there will be no refund to issue. It just has an authorization on it right now. It will drop off after a day or two

Nice deal if you can find one in stock. Type 1A ladders, like this one, are so much sturdier and more stable than the other lesser types that have a lower weight limit.
