Awesome deal. This may be the lowest price I've ever seen on the Cybersonic

I saw these over Black Friday and picked up the Ubersonic 4 over these. Anyone played in both? Should I return and pick up the Cybersonic instead? They're for my son (high school level, lightweight kid), who has lately worn Nike Rafa's. Thanks in advance for any advice tennis players out there can offer.

Everyone's foot fits shoes differently, the only way to know what is "better" is by trying them on - width, size, arch, cushioning, longevity those are all things unique to each person. Many only care about what "looks cool" or which tennis star wears what (Nike Rafa). I know which brand I like best as the arches don't require me to wear orthotics for running or tennis but that is not something most think or care about. Nobody can answer your question but your son and you

I found adidas tennis shoes are wider than nike in general, you might want to ask your son which brand fits him better

I just picked up Ubersonic 4.1 for $35 out the door from the eBay Adidas store. That is an incredible price.

Definitely true. Nike shoes are great, but they are very form fitting. I feel like Nikes are molded to my feet, whereas Adidas gives you more room to breathe.

What are your thoughts on the stiffness of the soles on the shoes ? For example I found the KSwiss hypercourt Express 2 really stiff and my back started hurting just after one session. Wondering how the adidas compares.

I think I heard on TW podcast that some Kswiss shoes have a shank (a rigid insert that helps with stability) which is not very common with other brands.
