the price is decent for this chip, but its still not worth the money if you're upgrading from a 3600 Ryzen, probably worth waiting for a cheaper 5600

Shop around for a used 3600 for about $65 if you want a "good enough" gaming CPU for something like a 6600/3060. It's going to be a little bit faster for gaming than an 5500 and has PCIe 4.0 capability.
