This is a garbage product to begin with. Plus, it's refurbished, and you only get a 90-day Woot limited warranty (https://computers.woot.com/warranty). I would stay away.

and this is somehow slower than R590 that i bought off amazon in 2019 for about this price, and R590 was slower than the 1070 that i get back in year 2016.

i challenge you to find a 150 dollar processor today that's slower than 300 dollar processor back in 2016 (that's when AMD is still doing the Athlon X4)

Doesn't seem like a great deal. Anyone with newer hardware wouldn't want this, anyone with older hardware is better off buying another card with better bus width.

I have a 9 year old card and I'm looking...right past this card. This is a card for suckers. laugh out loud

This would only be a deal if it were $25-30. Rx6600 would be a deal at about $50. Rx6650 would be a deal at about $75. People keep forgetting that the Rx5700XT is only $100 new if you know how to shop.

I suppose they can't move enough of these gimped cards with little warranty and thus have to keep lowering the price.
