Wasn't able to get the ticket for free. Am I doing it wrong? I've selected the screening for 12/8 as well as later date, both show full price.

Did you use the code? It's a bit confusing, but once you've added the voucher - it's already accounted for that ticket, so you don't need to add any more

Didn't realize it was a BOGO ticket promo. Got stumped on the seat selections, which is when I realized they selected 2 seats.

It's not BOGO! You can add the voucher, select 0 tickets, and it'll still give you 1 seat for free.

Ah, I see! So weird, as suggested by another earlier post, it's buggy and you need to select zero seats to proceed using the voucher. Might want to update the OP about that.

Sometimes by default it's adding $0 tkt, sometimes we need to manually delete the price ticket.
