Also can I use the reward in multiple transactions? Or will I lose the rest of the value if I don't use it all in 1 transaction
Yes but be aware that if you use them to purchase an item that offers rewards on it, those points will not be given. For example, they often have Duracell batteries with 100% rewards. If you use existing rewards (say $20) to buy those batteries (say $30), the existing points will be recognized at the counter (pay net $10) but you won't get the new points from the new battery purchase ($30). Plus rewards have time limits so you must use them within that window, which is often a few months. Still great deal but you need to be smart.
