Read this book ~10yrs ago. Really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend.

Easy read, interesting story, teaches you a bunch of practical memory tips, and has some interesting discourse about the role memory plays in consciousness and the human experience.
The worst thing about selling something like this is your target audience. They keep forgetting to order it.
This one is available to borrow from Libby with my local library. Cost = Free!

Yeah, great book. Interesting story of him training for a memory competition and the techniques it covers actually work. Just for kicks I memorized my credit card and library card numbers after reading this. I reeeeealy wish I had read this back when I was in school. Some of these techniques would've made memorization-based tests so much easier. It's wild that we don't teach this stuff to kids.

Wow! I was able to use my $2 delayed shipping credits to get the book. The order page says the book comes with a $2 credit towards a future Kindle book. Added audio narration, but was surprised to see the price went up $1 from prior purchases - now $8 instead of $7.

The book itself won the GoodRead's good choice for 2011 and is well ranked. https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/6346975-moonwalking-with-einstein?from_search=true&from_srp=true... [goodreads.com]

I read this when it first came out and was impressed. It was a fun read and the memory tricks actually worked. I memorized the first thousand decimal places of pi to see if I could. And to my surprise, I could recite it both forwards and backwards, just like he said. It was a trip. Definitely recommend.

First of all, this is a good deal if you were planning on buying it. But here's why I wouldn't buy this. A friend recommended this book many years ago saying it improved her memory and so I bought it. You know the ad that keeps talking about how much wonderful information they will give you and continue to say so for 30 minutes? Yeah, this book is the offline version of this. needless to say, I got rid of the book and the "friend"-ain't nobody got time for that! Smilie

I got into memory. Based on some reviews I wouldn't pay to read about somebody's personal experience. It doesn't teach technique. There are simpler books already written about this system of 2000 years that gives method instead of about the method. Every memory book should include the technique but I don't believe this does.
