It's just a 2x2 glossy print glued to a chunk of plywood (my photos were also glued slanted, exposing the wood, but YMMV) with a red string attached. Pretty cheap looking

I'll agree with everyone else... it LOW quality. Maybe it comes down to whatever cross-eyed employee assembles it. In my case they printed photo incorrectly and misaligned to one of sides (I had it centered, double checked after picking up). I paid $8 with last weeks deal and I feel that was about x2 what it was worth.
IMO I'd avoid... or SIGNIFICANTLY limit any expectations.
Since this $4, perhaps it's worth it but don't assume it will "gift giving" quality.
