I got one by accident when Walgreens messed up my acrylic block order from a previous SD, they let me keep it as a freebie but it is pretty low quality.

It's just a 2x2 glossy print glued to a chunk of plywood (my photos were also glued slanted, exposing the wood, but YMMV) with a red string attached. Pretty cheap looking
