Only shows $1049 for me after I log in with my military discount so maybe not for everyone. I ordered this exact model on November 27th and I'm still waiting for AGS to deliver it. They are horrible.
I got this for work. Still have a hard time effectively using the far-left of the screen.
My LG QHD ultrawide is out for repair for a dead pixel. I honestly think I'll return the Samsung and stick to the LG for the size, but I also haaaaaaaaaate the smart features on the Samsung. If I got the G93 for $100 less, I might've ended up keeping it.

How does this stack up against the Alienware oled?
For gaming? The Alienware is better. Way more tools for gaming and such.
However, that's a first gen panel and this is a second gen panel. That does not have pixel shifting so it requires pixel refreshes twice every 8 to 10 hours of use. This one has pixel shifting technology.
The Alienware is 21:9, so it has better support for most multiplayer games. 32:9 usually has black bars on the side when you game.
Also, note they're both :9 format, so both the 49" and the 34" have the same 14 inch height.
