Would this be a good computer for video processing and editing?

This is a fine gaming PC. Can play 95% of games on 1080p Medium settings. You would just need a bigger hard drive since a lot of games are 50+gb.

Too old. Admittedly, there are many older and/or slower PCs in use out there. But this one is too outdated to be a replacement for anything.

It's not ideal. Mac Mini is a better way to go in this price range, especially if you're planning to use Adobe products or (obviously) Apple software. If you want windows, something with a 12th gen or newer intel chip, like a 12600 or 13400 is a good starting point, or if AMD a 5700 or 7600 or better. You don't need a dedicated GPU for the Mac, as the M2 etc have good built in graphics. For windows if you need a GPU, the more VRAM the better (at least 8GB), and NVidia with the Studio drivers tends to get along best with editing software.

Seems like a good deal to me. I don't like the goofy RGB G4M3R case aesthetics, but that CPU+GPU will play practically every game available at 900p low settings. I don't think it would be easy to find a better deal at ~$600.

Oh DAMN, it says this thing can run Roblox!

Being serious, those who say it's an old config are right. Particularly the video card - it's not bad, it's just going to be a limiting factor for the experience, and it won't get better as time goes on.

The processor is 3 generations old and the GPU is 4 years old.

If you really want a "gaming desktop", you can spend a few hundred dollars more to get a much better PC but it could cost up to twice the price of this machine but I think it's worth it.

Only buy this computer if you want a decent PC for every day tasks and don't plan to play newer games.

Having just built a budget PC for a friends son, this is actually a pretty good deal. I think people forget that a case, fans, power supply, (legitimate) Windows license, etc. all add up. You would be hard pressed to build something similar WITH dedicated graphics for the same price.

*Edit: I am in no way saying that this is built for an incredible gaming experience. But for parents who cant afford to drop thousands on a machine that can provide that, I think this is a fine starting point.
