Log in to your Chase account then go to Ultimate Rewards and Gift cards. I didn't click through all of them, but these all look to be physical gift cards.

I'm sure you're right with maximizing points with travel, I just don't know the breakdown so any info would be appreciated. Doing credit card points to travel programs can be as mind boggling as toilet paper math for me lol.

Because of this I have over 250,000+ points just sitting there waiting for a travel deal. Any tips on how to find these points travel deals would be appreciated.
Transferring to Hyatt for hotels will get you 2-2.5 cents a point pretty reliably vs 1-1.5 cents in the portal (depending which card you have)
Transfering to airlines will frequently get you similar amounts for coach fares (and occasionally better, esp for last minute flights).... and will get you 4-8 cents a point for business class or first class fares.
See above. Transfers is where it's at. Esp. for higher end airfares.
For example earlier this year (note this is with amex points but same idea for chase just the details might differ) I got a business class roundtrip on ANA JFK->HND (14 hours in The Room, arguably the best business seat in the sky) and HND->LAX for 88,000 points. That's a $7000 cash airfare.
That's an unusually good redemption- but even at half that value it beats the hell out of a 10% bonus for gift cards.

I think that the point here is that transferring points to any airline or hotel chain can provide great value (or lousy value) depending on the specific booking you are wanting to make. And that 10% off gift cards, while I can totally respect might work for some people, is usually not the best value for your points.
I'm going to use this opportunity to provide a shameless plug for FrequentMiler.com, which is a great resource for this whole points-and-miles game. I have zero affiliation, but continue to benefit greatly from their advice. They just put out a video very recently that helps you get started. And, while they do make a commission from some things, they are very transparent about it, and work hard to keep their advice independent from those commissions.

(transfer to partners when you understand how the bank points programs work Chase's UR, Citi's TY, Amex's MR)
And most importantly never sign up for Credit Cards from Slickdeal's links. These are always promoted mediocre offers. Check other places.
