I would get this but it seems like the Adidas ebay store is the best place to buy Adidas. The sales over there are awesome.

The merchant might be on some sort of block list or something.

I had to call them to release and once I did, it worked. I had tried with several different cards, different devices, and three different networks.

My purchase went through. My credit card was charged. But it's been 11 hours and I haven't received an email confirmation or the gift card. What the hell kind of service is this? After my order went though it said that all gift card purchases have to be approved and it usually takes 1 hour but can take up to 6. This feels sort of scammy

And now I called adidas…they placed me on hold for 10 minutes to only come back and tell me that the gift card department "isnt in yet" and they'll call me back within 24 hours.

I just want a refund at this point. But the agent told me she couldn't do that. Sounds like I'm going to have to dispute this charge with my credit card if they don't resolve this today. What a waste of time. Adidas sucks. Don't bother with this "deal"

1st order for 2-$100 gift cards received order confirmation but immediately received cancellation email a couple of days ago. Then tried several times using different cards, deleted cookies, incognito, different emails, etc... but nothing worked. Tried again just now to order only 1-$100 gift card and got contact bank using BofA card. Then tried again using Chase card and received order confirmation and 7 minutes later received e-gift card. Finally worked... Hopefully gift card itself works.

When you check your balance on the Adidas website, it will say invalid. However, you can enter the gift card during checkout and it is good.

Purchased two gift cards. CC got charged but never received emails of the order or the gift card. Adidas customer service is horrible. Can not find the order at their end. Sent them a screenshot of the charge will see what they say.
