Title (on Staples site) says invisible tape but picture and description say transparent, which to me is the inferior stuff.

I had to Google it...so invisible tape has a matte finish and transparent tape has a glossy finish. So I think you're right that this is transparent tape. Thank you for posting.

I use these in a dispenser. Just break off the little plastic tabs holding the roll, slide it off and put into dispenser.
