As a beekeeper, organic honey is a scam anyway. There's no way to verify what your bees fed on. They can travel for miles. The US won't even certify honey as being organic so it can only be imported honey that claims to be organic and the standards in other countries aren't something I would put faith in.

I've had this on chicken and biscuits (fried breaded tender on buttered buttermilk biscuit ) from a place called Roost on the 80/90 toll road. It's amazing if they make you one fresh.
