$8.66 before tax. I had an option for 50% off at the top of my Amazon app on that screen as well as 50% off first sub. Thanks!

Good price but people have told me not to buy this on Amazon because they are commingling this with sketchy imported formula that hasn't been inspected. You can get this in store at Walmart for $24 and don't have to worry about getting sketchy formula as you know it's the correct inspected version.

Basically, from what I found out is the government recently allowed this to be imported to help with the formula shortage. You'll notice it says made for Singapore on the can. It's made in the same factory in Ireland as the normal one and it's been inspected to be up to US formula standards. I've been buying this at Walmart as it's $11 cheaper than Similac not made for Singapore.

Bought it last time. Received it last week and expiration is less than 6 months. Plus, the formula doesn't dissolve completely so there was a clog by the nipple. I'll have to donate them.

The ones I've been getting at Walmart expire in October and they dissolve just the same as the blue can Similac. You got yours from Amazon?

May I ask where did you hear this? How would they find out? Thanks.

I've read it a few different places, mostly Reddit and blogs about formula. There are 3rd party businesses who import the European formulas and sell them on Amazon because some people feel the US versions aren't trust worthy (this is a valid concern, there was a Jon Oliver segment on some bad conditions in an Abbott plant that inspectors didn't do a good job on). formula needs to be stored and shipped at certain temperatures that you can't guarantee a small time third party followed and they are also not inspected by the us gov either. Amazon mixes their inventory with third parties inventory so there's no guarantee you are getting some that was shipped to Amazon or a third party. You as the end consumer have no easy way to figure out which you got, this same issue comes up with lots of products on Amazon, it's how fake products get sold as the real thing when you're buying directly from Amazon and not a third party.
