If you're getting cancer from toothpaste, you're missing out on all the more entertaining ways to get cancer.
Did a bit of reading...the link is weak. No clear evidence!
On another hand, fluoride free toothpaste doesn't offer any benefits...
I have used Dr. Bronner's for several years now and my teeth always look great at checkups with minimal plaque.

The fluoride free toothpaste is snake oil.
nano-hydroxyapatite toothpaste actually outperforms fluoride by a very small margin. It's way more expensive though.

And to the other guy, fluoride doesn't give you cancer, it just kills brain cells if you actually eat it. Not good for kids, but fine for adults.

No coupon for logged-in accounts but still a good deal if it works. Came out to $6.63 before tax.

Fluoride toothpaste worth about $1 a tube. There's really no need for it once your teeth fully develop, then it becomes more of a health risk. If you're drinking water, you should already be getting plenty of fluoride anyway. Adding more just makes it so you're more likely to have thyroid issues or joint problems, especially if you're not rinsing good when brushing.
Fluoride continues to protect against tooth decay even after your teeth are fully developed. The amount in drinking water combined with toothpaste is not enough to cause the health problems you describe for most people. Your post sounds close to some whacked out conspiracy theory.

You sound like one of those "Earth is flat, anti-science" people. Fluoride is okay as long as you don't swallow it, but there is fluoride in tap water already. Also, if you are brushing your teeth after meals, then you don't have to worry about acid sitting on your teeth and breaking down the enamel. The problem is when you swallow it and that minerlization you are using it for on your teeth is doing the same thing on other parts of your body from the inside. Saying it's not enough to affect people is irresponsible and naive, since it has affected millions of people this way.
