Shipping is killing. Any way to get free shipping?
$65 is free shipping.
I got like 15 for that price, including a Muppets Christmas Carol Rizzo (Gonzo) that's going for about $20 and sold out everywhere else that doesn't have a huge markup. It seems as though a lot of them were further reduced in my in my cart.
Cannot imagine company surviving this long on a BS idea that its founder got in creating ugly ass figures..
Well they have a contingent of Slick deals members that upvoted every time so it always gets to the front page. It looks like it takes about 15 upvotes right away to get your post to the front page here.
Funko Pops have been around for 13 years. Beanie Babies popularity lasted what, a year? Also, people bought Beanie Babies thinking they were an investment. I don't think anyone buys Pops for that reason (or at least most don't). They just buy the characters they collect.
Funko has been around since 1998. I miss the Wacky Wobblers they used to make, which were more traditional bobble heads. They weren't nearly as popular though, so they discontinued them.
By the way, the company that made Beanie Babies, Ty, is still around and making millions selling plush toys to kids.

yeah I don't get the hate for Funkos. They make for cheap fun desk/room decorations.
except most people dont buy Funkos because they plan to hold them and think they'll get rich off of them
Well there are grading services for Funko Pops and some of the crazy (my opinion) services that are provided for doing so, such as as paying to have the funko's shipped in protective cases to get graded.
