Amazon-McCafe Iced Mocha Frappe K-Cup pods.. Title says 80 Count (4 Packs of 20). Package dimensions say 1.04 lbs. I received 4 boxes. Reviews show not everyone received 4 boxes. $13.96 ($.17 each) Lower w/S&S. HUGE YMMV.

Yeah, I tried that. I usually do in fact. This time it wouldn't give me the option to chat with an associate when I chose "something else".

I just went in circles with the chat bot until I was able to get a live person for a refund. It took about 15 minutes total. I also complained about Sun Chips ordered with an exp date of 2/13 which arrived today. They said a refund would take 2 to 3 hours. They are making it difficult for refunds.
