1. The tortilla chips seemed to be cooked in very old oils, resulting in a distinctly rancid flavor.
2. The unlimited shrimp dishes were excessively salty, making it challenging to fully enjoy the meal.
3. The chicken breast, on multiple occasions, appeared to be either overcooked or potentially sourced from overnight leftovers.

The double crunch shrimp has 3700mg. I'd guess you're getting a half or quarter order.
Regular "salt" types of sodiums are actually required for humans as an electrolyte and many people don't have enough. The sodium of medical/scientific concerns are the thousands of sodium types that are NOT table salt, such as MSG and similar molecules snuck in as anything that says "flavor" OR in compound ingredients like "yogurt" where they do not need to explain the ingredients of THAT ingredient. For example the Sodium Phosphates in this count toward the sodium content but it is a preservative and actually makes people like me very SICK. However, I drink 1-1.5 gallons of water a day and if it were 3700mg of table salt type sodium a person who properly drinks water won't actually be effected in any negative way by it, it is not ideal but it won't impact your health unless it is periodic like several times a week. It will actually increase your hydration early on believe it or not.

There are a lot of cheap mofos out there that play like high rollers and are poor af.
Truth be told, I've never worked a food service or wait service job in my life. Furthermore, I hardly ever eat out, b/c the food frankly is never that good unless you go to non national chain restaurants.
