Instead of dumb promos, just stop the RR points devaluation. You've quit NYC, and I wasn't able to use my companion cert even once, and I see my points worth less and less

I looked for flights yesterday and the day before yesterday, and the prices went as follows:

Sunday: $120
Monday: $140
Today: $130

These aren't sales. They jack up the prices to try to trick you. This, coming from someone who almost exclusively flies SW.

I guess it depends on when you book. I got over 5000 points back today total on three flights I previously booked. The three flights were already booked using a prior promo so there are definitely savings to be had

couldn't find any destinations in the $50 range leaving from Las Vegas... didn't check california as that route can be had for as low as $19 on spirit

Isn't this what everyone is doing? I think you cancel, receive the cost in credit to apply to a new booking. I could be wrong if someone in the know can explain better.
