I tend to not be as responsible as I'd like with pre-workout by either taking it at home on an empty stomach and making myself feel sick and/or having it then not working out due to that so I'll try mixing this at the gym.

I got Taurine, L Citrulline, Beta Alanine, 200 mg caffeine tablets, Anhydrous betaine, Choline, Carnitine, Arginine; and I mix all of if these together is amounts excess of the 300 mg or 500 mg that they usually suggest. Despite that I never get that feeling of the pump that I got from the optimum nutrition concoction.
Perhaps the bulk supplement industry just supply white powder for everything and with no regulation there is no way to know what you are ingesting is really the ingredient that you ordered or just 90% fillers.
I just found this in a store further away and ordered it along with Total War pre workout and something called Pride pre workout.

I just need to dial better into what causes me to have a bad pre-workout experience. It could partially be due to my typical fasting throughout the day. Some days I can take this on an empty stomach and it's fine and other days I feel sick. I've been eating more often before my workouts so this should be okay if I have it with a meal. 🤞
