Says who? This stuff sticks so good it will last a full day at Camp or on the soccer field, other stuff rubs/sweats right off and have to reapply much more frequently. All the adults in our group are constantly borrowing this from the kids, doesn't drip into your eyes when on the beach all day. Downside is you always need a soapy shower after, cant get away with a quick rinse, it can really get pressed into your skin.
