That's a bigger problem if the majority of wine you drink has a screw off cap. šŸ˜† 🤣

I got this last time it was on sale. Maybe it's me, but just ended up more hassle trying to get it to work perfectly than just using a manual(decent) corkscrew.

I will say, I love the little foil cutter, that's been a nice salvage from it. I'm sure you can buy those for a couple dollars for a piece of plastic and razor anywhere. But get yourself one if you don't already.

Imagine, not only, making wine choices based on the presence of a cork, but then going on to slickdeals and judging others for it.
I guess the joke went over your head. Both the person who commented and my reply was not serious. Glad you came in to be the hero for them though. Lol

A wine opener is speculative?

I had one for about 6 years before it finally couldn't hold a charge any longer. Loved the thing. So easy to use and friends thought it was cool as well. Foil cutter is nice too. Will buy a few more-one for myself and a few for gifts. Thanks OP!

My old boomer ass just can't take anyone seriously when they say "bro" in the comments. I've just seen too many memes.

The lever manual corkscrew is the best design. I had the rabbit cordless one and it was never charged because it didn't sit in holder. Neat the first year but performance sucked quickly there after. I could see this good for a bar but it's not the best design the lever is.

My aunt has this and it is straight up terrible to use. She asked me to open a bottle at a dinner once. Not intuitive at all and takes forever. Literally a waste of energy. Get a waiter's corkscrew with a hinge. That'll take ~10-20 seconds and will work every single time once you learn how to use it (twist, pull from hinge tab, let go, pull from normal tab).

Get an air pressure wine opener off Amazon for ~$5. Faster, easier, cheaper, and lasts longer.

I have this and it's fine, but as others said, the product designer should be fired. It's a product that should be intuitive but the buttons don't really make sense as to what to push and when. (I'm pretty sure it's hold down until you feel the cork pop off. Then lift the whole device up and hit the up button.)
