Website looks shady. Someone should take the chance and order one, let us know when and if you get a refund. Use a cc.
Not shady, ordered from them twice with no problems. You can buy their stuff through Amazon instead and pay more if you don't want to go directly through them
The funny part is their advertisments, e.g. for teh ST2000 video, they show a guy using a SDS drill with what seems like a concrete bit to drill thru wood, then teh same guy uses an angle grinder with a cut off wheel ment for metal to round off waht seems to be a wood 2x4 i am pretty tempted to get the GT1500, must resist i just got teh Vtoman 1800 Plus extra batt for a shade over 1000 and cant find a use case for this...yet

What's your experience been like with the power stations? I'm interested in the ST2000, but don't see many reviews online.

lol. I also like how the First Lady put cake in the microwave then the power goes out and they highlight the toaster oven calling it a microwave oven. And what do blended oranges and tomato's have to do with 2 slices of cake?

These aren't bad at all.
All of them hover around .30 cents per watt which is cheap.
If I had a choice I'd pick the ST2000. It has the best solar input, 12v-65v which gibes flexibility.
The other 2 are 12v-24 and 12v to 28v which pretty much limit you to panel(s) 18v. No series at all.
I have the GT500 and had the GT1500. Both are solid power stations with great surge capability. The GT1500 even powered my dryer which has a very high surge, something a different brand's larger 2kW power station couldn't do. I sold the GT1500, even though I looked it. I still have the GT500 I use for camping and park trips.
The biggest con with those 2 models is they don't have pass-through charging for AC, so when you're charging say via solar, it will shut off the AC output. The DC stays on though, which works fine for powering a DC fridge when camping.
The ST2000 model I think has passthrough charging though. I wanted to try that model a while back, but the price wasn't attractive enough. At this price, I may give it a shot. CTECHi is a decent brand. Some completely unknown brands off Amazon and eBay may be similarly priced for $/Wh, but you risk them not actually delivering anywhere near that capacity.
I've used their customer service a few times for questions and they actually respond.
This is pretty a good video, unfortunately its in Japanese but turning on the CC works.
Seems like a really well put together unit. The specs are great. Pulled the trigger on a ST2000.

If its that bundle deal at Walmart for $1099, with tax and everything, it's about .38 cents per watt.
The ST2000 is $599 shipped which is .29 cents per watt. Much better deal.
This is the best deal I've seen for a "2000w/2000wh" power station category yet.
All the specs are decent.
What I like the most about this unit is the solar inputs.
The fact that it will handle 12v-65v is perfect. 65v let you series 3 panels together. One wire for 1, 2 or 3 panels.
Most bigger units usually a separate port for 12v-28v and a 32v-xxv for higher voltage meaning you using different cables.
I have a few solar station but I was saving to get a bigger unit with a 30a output. We are getting a Tesla and it would be nice to have a backup. With this unit, the charge would be like 4 miles per hour charging where a 30a can give you 10-15 miles.
