So, in my book, this is a decent deal.

oh and I'm hoping to run it in a RAID format so that I have some redundancy/backup file protection. I have a lot of music production samples and also photos/videos that I'd be using this for
However, this is really a positioning problem which is a small part of the consideration for the limited niche of buyers shopping the 8000-series. The primary arguments in favor of the 8000 series are for those systems in which a discrete GPU might be impossible to accomodate for reasons of power and/or space. The primary trade off is price/performance since you could be paying a $200 premium over a comparable 7000 series CPU for GPU performance easily met or exceeded by most $200 graphics cards today.
As such, any buyer concerned about maximizing price/performance or leaving open the option of economical future upgrades should consider avoiding a system built around the 8000 series CPU (and likely also should be focusing on AM4 platforms instead of AM5).
There are loads of neat things about the 8000 series, but at the current MSRP none of those things are slick deals. Part of the reason the 8000 series earns a mention with this particular package deal is that, despite the case and power supply, the design is ultimately tilted in favor of a CPU-only installation if you wish to build a platform fully leveraging the liquid cooling with the parts as supplied.
Even buyers who aren't price sensitive would likely maximize the value of this particular package deal by pairing a powerful 7000 series CPU with a powerful discrete GPU.
Good luck!
