Picked up a set last night at the Westbury location. This is my first time using stainless steel pans. Seared some shrimp and it turned out really well.

Costco is the way to go Smilie

or should I say Tramontina in this case. I like that the handle forks as it reaches the pan so there is less heat transfer to the handle. Unless "commercial" means something here that I am not taking into account, the tramontina pans are a solid product in lieu of the Amazon ones.
