The only difference to the Black Friday deal is that the only color option is Sky. Umber is no longer available. Also, if you upgrade to Windows 11 Pro the price increases to $1,159.
I bought this laptop in November in Umber and upgraded to Windows 11 Pro for $50 extra.
If you are ok with the Sky color and Windows 11 Home it looks the the laptop is in stock. Mine was shipped from China and it took 5 days.
Cheers!

For super thin and light ultraportable laptop market, this has been great. Windows hello camera and fingerprint reader works. I get through full work day on battery with vsc, Ubuntu vm, word, outlook, PowerPoint (not much compiling locally).
Fans do kick up but aren't terribly loud. Keyboard has been perfectly adequate (it's not a thinkpad or Mac keyboard) and yes the touchpad could be a little larger and firmer. I also put steam in there and currently replaying Mass Effect. Def not a gaming powerhouse but that's not my goal.
Another annoying thing is opening from clamshell.. in someone's infinite wisdom they neglected to put a sufficient indent for you to open the lapto on easily. You gotta almost slide a nail in there to crack it open.
I got it slightly cheaper than current price with AmEx stacking and a CB site⦠but it's been worth it for me
But for the price coupled with 13th gen cpu actually has LESS battery life than 12th (smart move Intel).. I'd buy it again
Dell has been relentlessly chasing slimness lately, even more so this year -- look at their lineup at CES -- often at the cost of battery life, heat management and usability.
