Once, a friend of mine who works at ceramic industry told me such. A rule of thumb, always go for the white glaze.
I messaged customer service and demanded they refund me for a set. They tried to only refund me for one bowl only. Told them that's NOT how that works- I bought a set of 4, that set is damaged, refund the set. They said "we'll do it this time as a favor," had to shut them up with a thanks but that's not a favor, that's standard.
I'll be lucky to get a set of 4 that isn't broken from the other 4 packages coming in at this rate. These guys are actually dumb
I also don't think you know what spurious means, how is it a fake claim, it's literally broken. man up dude

They accidentally sent me gray ones. I chatted with them (under 5 minutes) - they sent me a new pair and told me to donate the ones i got. Mistakes will happen - it's how you correct them that matters. 10/10 experience.
