The Ryobi Tool Lanyard is on sale from Direct Tools Outlet. The lanyard rarely goes on sale at Home Depot, and with free shipping with code JANFREESHIP, this is a good deal for those that like to hang their Ryobi tools.
If you purchase something through a post on our site, Slickdeals may get a small share of the sale.

Your comment is confusing a bit. All the factory blemished items I bought from here have been perfect, brand new in box, with NO defects or blemishes.
Keep in mind - this is a two pack. I really doubt you could diy for less than this.
In my day, we used to put onions on ours, which was the fashion at the time...

I tried placing 2 orders with different CCs and both didn't work. Almost like it was a price mistake issue. lol forget this site.

At this price, it's a no brainier to get these if you plan on hanging your Ryobis. I'm all for a DIY solution, but it would be hard to beat at this price.
I have these and they are not very good. The problem is that they attach where the battery goes and it is very hard to remove them. You press these 2 very small clips to release and they usually dont release. Get something else. You will thank me.

Last time I ordered these DTO charged me but didn't ship them. I had to call them to get my money back. Let's hope my order goes through this time.

I agree that they can be hard to remove, but it isn't impossible or even inconvenient. I have a ton of these and they work great for storage on hooks.

They are more annoying than anything. Really much harder to use than they need to be.

Me too. All my Ryobi battery tools are hanging with these. Plus I'd rather they be a little testy to remove instead of dropping the tool. They are solid.

I know people hate on Ryobi, but the Milwaukee, rigid, Bauer, Craftsman, Kobalt, Hart, Skil, Black and Decker and Hilti tool lanyards are made in the same factory.

Not to say that Ryobi is bad but being made in the same factory means nothing with regard to quality. In the manufacturing world, tolerances, materials, and quality control is what really matters, not the factory or parent company.

I have a bunch of these and they are great. I use them on tools I dot have to access as often, but removing them isn't that hard.
