Why not just display the key, why a screenshot of the code instead? And to add, the screenshot didn't even completely capture the entirety of the code.
I am not sure if I will ever buy from there again unless customer service resolves timely.

Because they scrape the codes from physical releases to take advantage of regional pricing. It's not technically illegal, but it's definitely grey area/market activity.
