Supplementing K vitamins is neither safe nor advisable unless someone is measurably deficient and legitimately under the guidance of a physician. It is no joke, it's not a healthy thing to supplement blindly and can and does send people to the ER.

If you want more K intake supplement about 4000+ IU of D3 get enough Calcium in the proper bioavalable forms, and rid your life of Flouride in all forms (this includes not drinking water that isn't distilled or super filtered like Aquafina) Bromide, and other Halogens and such, and take in adequate Iodine - which most people are deficient in...all these things!
....except K!

I am a diehard Naturopath and as much as I am all about supplementing nutrition (it IS necessary for some things and some people) K is not at all safe to randomly supplement. Suggesting it is like suggesting someone take Black Walnut Hulls which are super healthy but if you take them for 10+ weeks your liver and kidneys WILL shutdown, along with every other parasite/infection in your body dieing weeks in advance.

When you supplement K you force your body to do things without other necessary compounds (like Iodine) and it then uses stuff like Flouride or the chemical pesticides in your diet like Bromide to build new and extremely unhappy cells in your body. You do NOT want this lol. ...For one it is like giving cancer a supercharge...

This is a good brand, but after getting counterfeit supplements from Amazon, I've moved to ordering from the manufacturer sites or iHerb.

I got an order of obviously fake NOW brand (the label was printed wrong and luckily I noticed it was weird before taking any). Reported it to Amazon same day I received my order. I received a warning from Amazon about the supplements THREE WEEKS later. Who knows what was in those supplements and how many people took them in that time.

Doctors best is usually good quality. The D3 should be combined with K2 (MK7) but D3 by itself has been used for a long time. The Nattokinase supposedly helps break up covid spike protein from the shot and prevent the clotting problems.

I have gotten the magnesium glycinate before and it works well. Just be aware that it's a smallish amount per pill (100 mg) compared to other brands that have 200 mg or more. Also they are a really large, hard, chalky capsule shape. So be aware of that too if you have trouble swallowing pills.

I take one of these a day but have enough for the rest of 2024. Any idea the expiration date on these bottles as this would take me through the end of 2026.

Been using the Magnesium Glycinate Lysinate for years, and it is a good product. In for another one.

I can see that. K is fat soluble so overdosing is a concern and should be taken responsibly.

There's vitamin d formulations with k2 added in appropriate ratios that are better than d3 alone.

The majority of folks are walking around severely Vitamin D defficient. If you aren't taking a Vitamin D supplement, you should definitely get this.

Agreed. For perspective, I am outside exposed to the sun a good amount of the time and drive a convertible so I'm tan pretty much year round. Needless to say, I was shocked when I got my bloodwork back from the doctor and it showed I was deficient in Vitamin D. Obviously going to see a doctor for a checkup and getting bloodwork is your best bet to find out if you're deficient in anything but it seems like the vast majority of people who do are found deficient specifically in vitamin D. I don't know if it's our sedentary lifestyle or we just produce less over time but here we are.

This is a good deal but I wouldn't bother with this form of D3 as it's not the most bioavailable. D3 is known as Cholecalciferol, which is similar to cholesterol, which can get stuck in your arteries. This is why it's impossible to take it with K2 as it will move the D3 through your system.

Also keep in mind that powder form of D3 is much better than gel form. I personally get "Bronson Vitamin K2 (MK7) with D3 Supplement Bone and Heart Health Non-GMO Formula 5000 IU Vitamin D3 & 90 mcg Vitamin K2 MK-7"
