Last sale on it, Zappos just sent it in just a plastic bag to me and it was crumbled with multiple holes from the folding.

NO THANKS because Zappos shipping.

Issue not the refund. 3 times in a row.

It's not an issue for a soft hat but you can't do that to a firm hat.
