It looks like it is sealed from one of the Amazon pictures zoomed in, but doesn't specifically say that it is. I did a simple Google search for sealed whisk. This is about market value for a sealed whisk this size, so not sure I would roll the dice unless the Martha Stewart branding really does it for ya. Webrestaurantstore.com has similar looking sealed whisks for similar prices.

You mean webstaurantstore.com? Great prices but shipping is a killer if you don't have their membership. $19 to ship a whisk. Even with membership there's a minimum $29 purchase for free shipping.

Very true. If you need a lot of stuff they have very good prices. But the shipping on just one item like this would be prohibitive. But it gives you an idea what the item is actually worth.
