I bought this or a very similar Whirlpool model from Home Depot about six months ago, paid more than this price since our summer house needed a black, not white, fridge. Worst purchase I've made in a long time. You don't want your main fridge to have the freezer on top. The temperature control unit is right in the top center of the fridge, so it gets in the way of things you want to put on the top shelf. The worst part is that I can't get the freezer to stay below 10 degrees F. It will dip to about 0 degrees (where I want it) but stays most of the time at 10 F. Because of the warmer-than-wanted freezer temp (and perhaps overly aggressive defrost cycle), some of the stuff in the fridge has melted and dripped, like Outshine bars (sugary syrup everywhere). Ice cream is mushy, not cold enough. I've set the fridge temp control to maximum (all lights on); which is no different from 3 and 4 lights on. Terrible.

The fridge is build with very cheap parts. Cheap seal gaskets. Cheap plastic shelves. There is a hole by the door for the purpose of switching the door handles for either open left or right side. The door hinges are not covered, just naked. Strongly NOT recommended.

For that price you're better off with a Frigidaire 1835. They're dead simple to fix and work on simple reliable parts.
