Eligibility: Abreva's Diamond Lips Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Colombia who, at the time of entry, are at least eighteen (18) years old and the age of majority in their state of legal residence.

Timing: The Sweepstakes entry period starts on February 6, 2024 at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on February 29, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. ET

Prize.
There are twenty-six (26) total Prizes (each a "Prize").

Grand Prize: There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be awarded. The Grand Prize shall be comprised of one (1) one-of-a-kind pair of diamond lips composed of sustainable materials, including 197 lab-grown diamonds, sculpted and set within white gold with a single ruby to make the cold sore experience, one (1) tube of Abreva Cold Sore Cream (.07oz), and one (1) tube of Abreva Rapid Pain Relief (.11 oz). ("Grand Prize"). Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize: $50,040.

First Prize: There are twenty five (25) First Prizes available to be awarded. Each First Prize shall be comprised of one (1) limited edition sterling silver lips necklace with a red gemstone to represent the cold sore experience, one (1) tube of Abreva Cold Sore Cream (.07oz), and one (1) tube of Abreva Rapid Pain Relief (.11 oz). Approximate Retail Value of each First Prize: $1,540. Total approximate retail value of all Prizes in the Sweepstakes: $88,540 USD.
