About this Game:
- Subnautica is an underwater adventure game set on an alien ocean planet. A massive, open world full of wonder and peril awaits you!
- You have crash-landed on an alien ocean world, and the only way to go is down. Subnautica's oceans range from sun drenched shallow coral reefs to treacherous deep-sea trenches, lava fields, and bio-luminescent underwater rivers. Manage your oxygen supply as you explore kelp forests, plateaus, reefs, and winding cave systems. The water teems with life: Some of it helpful, much of it harmful.
- After crash landing in your Life Pod, the clock is ticking to find water, food, and to develop the equipment you need to explore. Collect resources from the ocean around you. Craft diving gear, lights, habitat modules, and submersibles. Venture deeper and further form to find rarer resources, allowing you to craft more advanced items.

It seems from some light research the PC version has ultra wide monitor support. Can anyone confirm? It should be pretty amazing in ultrawide
Yes, I played it in ultra wide 21:9.
I agree with others to go in without looking up too much, as it could easily spoil it for you.
It's a great game, and I really enjoyed it even though I've never really played a game like this before.
I think I got it from Epic too. Does anyone know if Epic version has VR mode? If so, does it work with steam vr?
Definitely worth it at this price. Like others have said, go into this blind and you'll have an unforgettable experience. Play it with lights off, alone, and with a good pair of headphones. Enjoy the primal fears, senses of wonder, and genuine desire for exploration & discovery it surfaces for you.

This is the mod: https://github.com/IWhoI/Subnauti...hanc
There is also another mod that is being developed (I don't know if it is still being developed) that brings 6DOF to subnautica, but I have no idea how well it works:https://github.com/Okabintaro/SubmersedVR
