You can't get copies of their keys (they ship with 5 custom keys) so keep track of those things. No way to order them through Eufy either.
Also, if your batteries do die and you don't have the physical key, there is a handy USB plug that you can plug a power brick into and it'll charge the unit enough to get you into the house.

You don't want built in rechargeable batteries because all batteries will eventually die and then you essentially have a brick. Just use rechargeable versions of normal AA/AAA batteries.
