New T-moblie benefits 2/13: Hilton 15% off and Silver status, Hertz EV return-without-recharge, Dollar return-without-refueling

T-mobile Magenta-tier plans ("All T-Mobile smartphone customers except Connect, talk and text only, and negotiated contract plans." but I'll bet Essentials are locked out too) are supposed to have:
15% off across Hilton's 22 leading hotel brands worldwide and an upgrade to Hilton Honors Silver. Hertz perk to return your EV without recharging. Dollar perk to return your car without refueling.
Hilton info:
Discount subject to availability at participating hotels. Sign up for Silver status before 12/31/24 to receive Silver benefits through 3/31/25. Hilton Honors membership required. Full Hilton terms and conditions apply.
Dollar Rental info:
Participating locations only. Plus taxes & fees. Minimum 1-day rental & 24-hour advance reservation required. Not valid on large SUVs, vans, or trucks. Additional terms and restrictions apply.
Hertz Rental info:

**yes, Hertz is downsizing/eliminated much of their EV fleet. Enjoy the free electrons while they last; every electron is 100% recyclable, even the ones used to transmit this post.

And the T-Mobile promo is the same cancellation policy as the non-refundable (which is none).
So it's a non-deal.
Only real benefit is the 20% extra points Silver status brings.
