One jar, leaking. Called and they agreed that I should have been sent 12. Two days later, I see in my pending orders that the product is "undeliverable". I get a refund. Oh well.

I also only got one. Go into your orders and click return, it'll say you can't. Click more help and go to the AI/bot chat. Go through the selections for missing items and it will ask if you want refund or another order sent ( I didn't want to risk getting 1 again and them thinking I'm lying ) so I talked to a rep on top of that to sort things out and got a refund.
