This is definitely extremely ymmv, I frequent the exxon rewards because the station by me is always within 10 cents of costco, but I've never seen this reward before. The only way to get the offer is through email, and you need to activate it through the email link.

Op, can you try and share the activate link from your email for this promo? I'm curious if it will show up if I paste the link in my browser.

I'm not used to "activating" my offers before they go through. I checked a few past offers (last 5 months), and none of them have an activation link.

It's very possible that I got this offer because I haven't gone to get gas from a Mobil station for a few months now.
