Never been on a cruise. If I select the drinks+wifi package and the gratuities included package, what else am I on the hook for? Parking??
Gratuities. Example to test, I chose a 6 night Pacific Coast cruise out of LA $580/person $1160 total for a couple, Gratuities $216. Also Taxes, Fees, and Port Expenses is $508.62.

Wait, so if you don't purchase a drink package are you basically just allowed to drink water the entire cruise?
That's kind of dumb if you have to pay extra just to drink soda or juice on the ship.

Frequent cruiser here (as in 5-6 times a year) and frequently use Celebrity.

This "sale" isn't really a sale. They have the same "sale" or arithmetically equivalent sale going on at all times. They use price optimization software for the hospitality industry to implement demand pricing. Whatever sale offer de jour they have doesn't matter, the end result of what you pay is dynamically set and will be the same on a given day no matter what the "sale" is.

It's been a bit, but when I went we paid for an "Aqua Class" room. It gave you access to a special restaurant that really took away much desire to go elsewhere on the ship for dinner (which can cost extra). It also gave you access to the spa steam room, sauna, etc.

I upgraded to a full drink package when boarding, they had a deal. It was worth it if you pretty much drink any booze, but also gave you bottled water for taking on excursions, San Pellegrino, fresh OJ, and the coffee bar drinks. I'd get an Americano every morning instead of drinking regular coffee, which wasn't that great. Try some wine with dinner, why not? Aperitif? Try one of those. So I felt like I got my money's worth out of it. But I don't know what it costs on each cruise.

FYI. I recently learned about Cruiseplum. That site is outstanding for finding great deals. Check it out! Used it to get an 11 day Med cruise for $1000 per person with drinks package on NCL. Food on NCL was surprisingly good!

The Celebrity website states ""Are drinks included on a cruise?" is one of the most common questions asked by newbie cruisers. With our All Included* pricing model, you'll find cocktails, wines by the glass, liqueurs, beers, spirits, frozen drinks, sodas, specialty coffees, juices, and bottled water come included.

With our cruise-only rates, drinks are available at an extra charge."

Its confusing, is there a distinction for free with meals vs having to pay during non-meal times or something?

This isn't a remarkable deal on the whole. Special would be the few times a year when gratuities are included in the package.

I can't get the Key West 4 night one to get anywhere close to $199. What am I missing?
