I'm quite certain that language wasn't there when I made a purchase in late November. I traded in the device without activating, then got an email last week saying they were going to charge me. My credit card has been canceled so hopefully I'm ok, but still annoying.

Boost must have the dumbest IT / software/ marketing department if they don't bother to so a simple phone-model validation for a sale deal.
Today I got shipping confirmation for both orders !!!

Thing is their own web site caused me problems trying to buy it with whatever stupid security checks they try to do. I wound up only being able to buy it by using a one-time-use fake credit card number from the Privacy.com app, and as such wasn't all that worried about it. Sure enough, when they went to charge me (and they actually tried something like $150 more than they threatened), the charge was denied by Privacy.com. They dug their own grave on that one, and I don't feel the least bit sorry about it.
