In theory you could, the issue is that these codes you are getting from cd keys could get used up while waiting to use them. They tell you that any codes bought by them or other grey market providers that the codes should be activated right away. And their customer service on codes that have been already used especially months from the original purchase are not great.
In theory could one buy 12 cards and just enter a code once a month? It isn't stacking, more like renewing every 30 or so days.
ive been buying these codes for years now and they are legit. Though im not sure i would buy a bunch of them and hold onto them, too much of a risk of them possibly getting used or expiring or whatever

Theoretically, you don't have to pay for Xbox Gamepass because it's not difficult to acquire the 12,000 reward points per month required to redeem a monthly subscription.

However, if you want to enjoy gamepass without sacrificing your points or spending $16.99 per month CD Keys has been a godsend.

I am trying to save by rewards points for a Xbox Series X or PS5 but occasionally there are must play games like Deadspace, for example.

I think it's best to buy one or two codes at a time to avoid potentially wasting your money. I have redeemed codes up to two months after purchase without issues and I have never had any issues overall using CD Keys. Eneba is good as well. You a have better chance of finding WMD's in Iraq then finding any comparable PS Plus deals.
