If you need some heavy duty backpack then this is for you. Don't expect comfort.
Amazon 3rd party sellers have some decent ones for under $50 with free shipping. Ymmv so do some research on specs, materials and bag design to see which fits your needs
Samsonite backpacks are great, I am tired of using one since last 10-12 years but its refuse to quit on me. Besides normal wear n tear still looks like new.
Don't go for third party route.

Dammm!!! I like that!!! Does it have many spaces besides a laptop?
Yes. There are 3 compartments. In the "laptop" area there is also a section for your tablet. The middle area is large and had two mesh pockets for chargers or whatever and a section for papers, a book, etc. the front internal has an area for a charger, mouse, credit/id card pockets, and more. The outside has a rubberized zip pocket on the front I use for my passport and two water bottle holders (I just throw a snack bar in one and bottle in the other. When in use The water bottle pockets kind of push inward, talking away from internal space but it doesn't bother me.
