For those wondering on the BTU rating...it's 55K BTU...it was very hard to find this information...had to call the manufacturer.

Kit comes with the below:
Propane burner, regulator hose, 30 qt. stockpot, large steamer, small stockpot, Heat Thermometer, small streamer, turkey holder, turkey rack, skewers, marinade injector, user manual

Just for the turkey frying it's a great value as you are getting everything you need...you can also use it for camping and other things; more than enough for an average cooking person.

I personally own the 200K BTU jet burner version as we cook a variety of dishes especially the ones that require a lot of heat...it's versatile but again not on sale.

​If you are even more serious then I would get the heavy duty 270K BTU version...this is the highest BTU version of Gasone but again not on sale...

200K or above is certainly good for wok cooking.
