The bottom grid that the food sits on is not coated. It is cheap metal and won't last and would have a hard time with clean up.

Took me a minute...I always use silicon tipped tongs to take stuff out. If you dump it, can't the hot plate come out and burn you? (It would in my Chefman air fryer)

I only buy ones that have a basket that lifts out with the handle...leaves crumbs and grease behind when the food is hot.

My air fryer has a window, and I love turning on the light mid-fry so that I can watch my chikky nuggies sizzle!

My only complaint is that upon my very first wash, I let some water get down into the little slots above the window and now there are water spots in there that I can't get to that make it look dirty even when it's not.
