I kinda remember when I was a kid at school we went outside but we didn't look at the sun. We viewed the eclipse on the floor or a sheet of paper?

You dont remember all the fake "ISO" labeled glasses flooding the market back in 2017?

Many public libraries have free solar eclipse glasses as well. The SEAL program distributes them, usually just have to ask at the counter.
I know in and around Denver, a lot of them are available.
