Blend Jet 2 has been recalled in December 2022. Now, there is no one sale except the company. Make sure it has been refurbished with a new blade and new base (the old one can cause fire 🔥 and explosion).

Good price. Got the 12 oz last time for around the same. I like that these are quiet but they are super weak and the battery is wonky and hold is inconsistent. This thing can barely make a small banana shake with milk so that's the extent of its strength. Protein shakes should be a breeze.

Mine just arrived. No other packaging other than the product box. As such, the bottom of my unit is cracked with a chunk of plastic missing from the bottom

Mine just came. I charged but it didn't work. Checked the serial #, it is recalled one. I think I will get a new one from the company submitting the rubber in 3 pieces and serial #

I received 2 of 3 of the Blendjets from this deal. Both Blendjets that I received have a new sticker as a S/N. I was curious for both refurb Blendjets, so I entered the S/N from the sticker and it came back as invalid. Then I went ahead and pealed off the sticker and there was the original S/N on the base. Both entered in the recall page and both came back as recalled. So, now I am curious if I should do the whole recall and see what happens. Anyone else tried what I did and is going to do the recall?

So you are playing with fire? laugh out loud Taking a chance and reusing the recalled base and hoping that you won't run into issues while still using it until you receive your replacement base?
