Finding the replacement for my dead Chromebook

I have had my Chromebook for a long time, and have been very happy with it. An old Acer CB515-1HT-P39B
15.6" touch screen
backlit keyboard
Pentium N4200
It finally died, won't turn on.
I use the laptop for work, and it worked perfectly for what I do which is outside sales. I use almost exclusively 4-6 tabs open on Chrome. My estimating software is cloud based, I use outlook 365 in another tab for email, and the other couple tabs for looking up relevant information for the project.
There was never any lag, and if it wasn't a 8 year old model, I might just pick the same one up because I liked it so much.
The main things I liked, and are important in my new pick:
- Instantly on where I left off when I opened the lid
- Rock solid wifi connection, always seems to be connected (I have another laptop provided by work, and I have to wait a 10-20 seconds for it to connect every time)
- USB-C Charging
- Larger screen (I could go down to 13.3" if the new one checks the other boxes)
- Awesome battery life, would only need to charge every few days
- Touch screen, I used this more than I thought I would
- Not a total deal breaker, but slim design
Since I work out of my vehicle, it is nice to have some sort of anti-glare, bright screen.
There seem to be too many choices out there, and so many Chromebook experts on this forum, maybe there is an obvious choice. I don't see the need to spend anymore than $300 from what I see that can get me with several options that look good around the $200 mark. I am here just because I want a good deal on whatever I buy.
FWIW, I was eyeing the Galaxy Chromebook 2, probably partially because I like Samsung products generally, but also because I like red!
Thank you in advance!
