It has a Miyota 6S21 quartz movement with stated accuracy of +/- 20 seconds per month.

The auto Surfboard uses a Sellita SW510, which is not a great movement for a $2,950 watch. I'd rather see it have a Miyota 9xxx movement and a price of $1,500. This would also emphasize the price point of $595 for the 6S21 Surfboard.
Regardless, at the price posted by OP, this is a great deal. I've bought watches from the seller and I'm convinced they are new clearance watches, as they've all been perfect. I've read others agree. Some have even argued it's Citizen selling the watches since all of the brands are Citizen family.
